Just making a placement is not what we count as success here at DS Recruit. For us it is about seeing our candidates do better than they were before. That means they bill more (and earn more!), get to lead, or build a team, and make a difference at their new company.
To help candidates succeed, we listen to what is good about their current role, what could be improved, and what they want out of their career change. Taking all this into account, we make suggestions on our knowledge of our client companies, the people who work there, the culture, the systems, and the opportunities in the company
