- What motivates you?
- Have you attended other interviews?
- What do you know about the company?
- Do you have any questions for me (the interviewer)?
- What are your billings?
- What is your weak point?
- Can you give me an example of a success?
- Can you give me an example of a failure?
- What is your biggest achievement?
What are your career goals here in Japan?
You should have prepped with answers for all of these questions with positive replies and examples of actions you have taken and achievements. Answers should not be negative towards your old company, and negatives should be turned around to positives by showing you have done something to turn around and eliminate future cases of a bad situation.
